This position is located at Fort Leonard Wood- Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation: NAF Support Services. Qualification Requirements: Work experience, education, and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles, concepts and methods as well as skill in applying basic IT principles and practices in: -Performing highly structured, entry level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to perform higher level assignments; -Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing, -Gathering and analyzing basic facts and drawing conclusions. -Data storage, software applications and networking. **You will be rated based solely off of the information provided within your resume, please ensure you are clear and specific. Assumptions will not be made regarding your experience and duties performed.** Highly Preferred Criteria: Possess one year of Family Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) work experience. **To meet Highly Preferred eligibility, you must meet all Minimum and Highly Preferred Qualifications, and this information must be clearly detailed on your resume.**
Under the lead of a full performance specialist, performs highly structured, entry-level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skills needed to perform higher-level assignments
Assignments include, delivery of Information Technology customer support services, including system hardware/software installations, configurations, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training.
Communicates factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing. Gathers and analyzes basic facts and draws conclusions.
Uses established industry practices, procedures or policies to determine the most appropriate approach to problem resolution. Applied information security/information assurance policy, principles and practices.
Additional duties include but not limited to record management through SharePoint, Excel, and similar programs.
