Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Requirements Analysis expertise at an expert level is required. Data Engineering expertise at an expert level, Pharma R&D Clinical Systems expertise at a master level, GxP Compliance expertise at an expert level, and Master Data Management (MDM) expertise at an expert level are recommended.
