Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, negotiating and assuring completion of approvals for long term pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions. You will analyze and evaluate major contractual/procurement aspects of substantive mission-oriented programs.
You will utilize mastery knowledge of procurement statutes and regulations and/or contracting methods, policies, procedures, and contract types to plan and carry out long-term pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions.
You will perform pre-award functions (e.g., determine the type of contract, method of solicitation, proposal evaluation criteria, date of award, resources from the command) for administration of contracts
You will conduct procurement or contract negotiations or procurement/contract discussions that result in mutually acceptable outcomes (e.g., contract modifications, supplementary agreements, and settlements from change orders).
