worldwide. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our
guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its
finest. 
Specific Responsibilities:
Supervises Cafe attendants & cooks – includes recruiting, training and integration, performance feedback, goal setting, department staff meetings, and associate communication.
Works on the floor as a lead server & lead cook, with evening, weekend & holiday availability to ensure quality control during all open hours.
Keeps inventory & orders supplies for the department, staying within department budget.
Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation.
Ensure all cafe staff are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.
Overseeing Spa Café operations and responsibilities of café staff and ensure all guest contact is handled in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensuring all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
Accurately processes food ordering, production & food cost at a timely manner.
Responsible for occasional food and drink specials and development for Kohler Waters Spa Café.
Maintains food safety certification and bartending license.
Follows food safety and workplace safety practices at all times.
This is a Full-Time opportunity working weekdays and
weekends. Shifts will vary between 8am and 9pm.
