, your primary responsibilities
may include:
 
 
 

Project Management and System Implementation

 

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of clinical information systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
 

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, coordinating closely with client and internal teams to meet project milestones.
 

Oversee system testing, integration, and user acceptance phases, ensuring that clinical systems meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Client Management

 

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
 

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with clinical and operational goals.

Workflow Optimization and Change Management

 

Work with clinical and operational teams to assess current workflows and
identify
areas for improvement, ensuring clinical systems are
optimized
to support care delivery.
 

Lead change management efforts, including training programs, communication plans, and user adoption strategies, to ensure successful integration of new systems into clinical environments.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

 

Ensure that all clinical system implementations adhere to industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements.
 

Conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits throughout the implementation process to
maintain

high standards
of system reliability and functionality.

Data Integration and Interoperability

 

Oversee data integration processes, including interfacing with other healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, lab, pharmacy), ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
 

Collaborate with IT and data management teams to implement data governance best practices and
maintain
data integrity across systems.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

 

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system performance and user satisfaction, regularly tracking and reporting outcomes to clients and senior management.
 

Use analytics to assess system usage,
identify
trends, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement in clinical system delivery.

Team Leadership and Development

 

Lead and mentor a team of analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-quality system delivery and client satisfaction.
 

Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to build technical
expertise
and project management skills within the team.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
