Retirement
& Commerce
Transformation
Senior Manager
will apply their deep
expertise
in the Retirement, Capital Markets, and/or Financial Services industry at the intersection of Sales and Commerce Transformation functional areas. The candidate will be delivering on engagements in the following areas:
Delivery Execution
Design & execute large scale and complex integrated programs and
transformations;
focusing on tasks relating to people,
process
and technology in the Retirement industry.
I
mplement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process
Synthesize overall technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
Manage banking implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.), from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables, and risk assessment
,
with heavy client engagement
and
large delivery teams
Lead team(s) of Financial Services and other Accenture group
practitioners, and
build
highly successful
and efficient teams. Coach and develop junior team members towards more responsibility and enhanced roles.
