The Health Operations Associate will perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, asses and resolve complex issues. The Billing Agent/SME is viewed as a SME (subject matter expert) and is able to troubleshoot and advise processing guidelines as needed following client processes. The Billing Agent/SME will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
