The Jr. Team Lead Senior Analyst is responsible for the daily supervision and delivery of internal and external performance metrics as a process lead supporting with and in the absence of the Team Lead. They assist in managing the work load of the team and making work assignments and will prioritize data analystics in order to drive greater efficiencies within the business. This individual operates as a SME (subject matter expert) point of escalation for issue resolution and will be involved with coaching team members as required. The role manages effective internal external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility.
