Key Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, provide SAFe Agile/Agility expertise to Program Management / Chief of Staff team, some of the tasks included are:
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices.
Experience in leading Agile transformations and setting up ARTs.
Exceptional facilitation skills.
Familiarity with IT program management and technology delivery in a corporate environment.
Expertise in change management principles to drive culture shifts and adoption of Agile practices.
Ability to identify and mitigate organizational resistance to Agile adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate Agile concepts and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in defining and tracking Agile performance metrics and KPIs.
Experience with the Agile project management tool, Agility.
Certifications (Preferred):
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification; and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP); and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent.
