The Work
We are expanding our team in search of Onshore day-to-day lead for the SOC tower team. The candidate is expected to be a functional manager, not a people manager. The resource is expected to work on escalated SOC tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the functioning of the entire SOC tower and be the counterpart of the offshore SOC lead.
Lead any design and operation discussion topics
Prepare /coordinate the weekly and monthly metrics
Provide L3 support, too, when there are any operational issues
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Engage the vendor for any major escalated topics.
