Develop and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders to understand the business vision and create a unified business and technology roadmap.
Solution and architect future-forward cloud solutions based on functional business scenarios, using the latest technologies and development methodologies in DevOps, Microservices, Lean and Agile, Serverless, containerization and Cloud Platforms.
Drive an innovation agenda with the business stakeholders through research, design, test, and evaluation of new technologies, software components, and tools.
Ensure timely resolution of business architecture and technology / architectural key design matters working with key stakeholders from the customer and technology teams.
Ensure application of Agile processes and IT Product Management processes.
Create and maintain budgets to support the design, execution and run of roadmaps.
Ensure legal and security compliance and best practices in various applications and storage systems for access and PII data.
Mentor and train the team members on business acumen, vision, code quality, design, implementation, and delivery.
