Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in Akumina Framework and Java Full Stack Development is required.
Expert proficiency in Spring Boot, Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, and Design & Build Enablement, as well as Expert proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, are recommended.
Lead the design and development of innovative and scalable applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Experience building highly scalable, high performance, highly integrated web applications.
Solid experience in Springboot / Spring, Hibernate.
Experience building RESTful APIs (design, maintenance, consumption).
Experience on UI frameworks like AngularJS/ Angular, JQuery/ Javascript and HTML.
Demonstrate understanding of microservice architecture.
