Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the following: assessing, validating, and prioritizing operational requirements (Key Performance Parameters, Key System Attributes and additional performance attributes, or similar process) through the use of modeling and simulations, experimentation and capability demonstrations to inform Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) and Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), or similiar acquisition requirments and evaluation criteria.
Provides advice to leadership to develop operational needs statements, identify capability and technology shortfalls, and provide immediate reach-back support.
Fosters organizational collaboration internally and externally to ensure opportunities for soldier input is optimized for evaluation of FCC technologies.
Engages with outside communities to address critical technical problems to provide rapid resolution and improve operational effectiveness.
Prepare and brief information papers and other materials for GO/SES level leadership on critical operational issues.
Accomplishes work through the development, integration and synchronization of Army Protection concepts and capabilities. Mature, synchronize, and execute maneuver support and protection modernization strategies.
Leverage AFC and FCC expertise and technologies to support mission.
