The New Billing Agent’s responsibilities include:
Perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues
Will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client

This is a hybrid role
Applicant should be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm EST and can work holidays when needed.
