Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights
Inside Sales Manager
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
Own end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for pipeline origination, progression, closure, and post-close account management.
Retain and grow revenue within accounts.
Develop an understanding of partners’ business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships.
Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics to leadership.
Lead and develop the next generation of sales leaders.
Drive sales team performance by setting KPI targets and directly leading Digital Inside Sales sellers.
Conduct regular group and individual sales meetings.
Implement personalized sales and messaging strategies to optimize team performance.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Generate and report weekly sales data.
Own team performance against sales targets and implement an effective sales execution process.
Product Environment
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will represent a cutting-edge Generative AI platform tailored for the healthcare and hospital sector.
