Key Responsibilities:
As a Cloud Change Architect, you will be responsible for originating, solutions, and partners across Accenture & the ecosystem to sell and deliver cloud change programs. Works with the client to understand their cloud transformation and the impacts. Customizes a change solution to the client's unique needs, leveraging our framework and assets to accelerate the benefits of cloud by transforming the culture, org and talent. Creates a value-focused pricing strategy and estimates the total value of Cloud Change work. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Cloud Computing is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) is recommended. Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Cloud Strategy and Assessment, and Change Analytics skills are suggested with Advanced proficiency.
