Key Responsibilities for SAs, SSAs, LSAs may include:
Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems
Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise applications
Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
Optimize solutions by performing detailed technical designs and code and design reviews
Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices
Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers
Key Responsibilities for Bas, LBAs may include:
Process analysis, reengineering, optimization
Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
Requirements management: elaboration, analysis, documentation and traceability
Manage backlog prioritization, backlog health, story review
Maintain traceability of value drivers, business requirements to epics, features, stories
Facilitate Pega design sessions with business and other stakeholders with informed POV
Support application build and test
Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices
