Job Description:

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies in the N8 Requirements and Resources department of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing requirements, resourcing and capability gaps along with the ability to provide recommendations to senior leaders for decisions on validating requirements, and budget/ resourcing plans. You will develop, evaluate, and defend operational and maintenance, and programmatic acquisition strategies for Explosive Ordnance Disposal/Mobile Dive Salvage Unit (EOD/MDSU).
You will supervise military, civilian, and contactor personnel in the identification of capability gaps; and drafting of documents to articulate identified capability gaps.
You will coordinate and manage multiple and ongoing requirements review, operational deficiency and related boards necessitating the ability for active and clear communication.
You will develop recommendations based on detail analysis of requirements, budgetary, and acquisition related matters for review by Commander, EODGRU ONE, Higher Headquarter Staffs, and Navy Program Offices.
You will prepare detailed analysis and provide analytical documentation intended for executive level briefings and decision making.
You will provide requirements definition, budget development, and support program execution.
