As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
As a Workday Technical Manager, your primary responsibilities may include:
Manage and lead the full technical team which comprises typically of our Integrations Development team, our Data Conversion team, our Data Analytics team and our Security team
Lead the design of integrations from point to point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Manage integration delivery
Manage data conversion delivery
Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
Lead the approach and strategy for Data Conversion
Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
