Job Description:

You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Data Management Branch, Instrumentation and Information Systems Division, Performance Assessment Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating engineering and data management requirements to develop data management plans, recommend data management products or systems, and resolve data management issues for an organization. You will serve as the Data Management first-line supervisor in the Instrumentation and Information Systems Division.
You will assign, schedule and fully task data managers in order to maintain a continuous data delivery pipeline.
You will recruit, train and develop data managers in order to build and maintain technical capacity to support all systems and domains.
You will set expectations and evaluate performance of direct reports on a continual basis in order to help them achieve optimal results.
You will manage conflicts and mediate resolutions quickly and effectively via one-to-one methods or by working with Command's Labor and Employees Relations resources.
You will implement quality assurance, conduct spot checks, and validate data management plans.
You will actively collaborate and consult with systems analysts, IT professionals, data engineers, and leadership to solve data management challenges and aid in prototyping data management solutions.
