Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing and evaluating program operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness by preparing reports, planning, and providing recommendation to management. You will be responsible for total cradle-to-grave intensive management of global NSW Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) from concept through Joint Staff approval.
You will be able to coordinate, plan, input, and test NSW TPFDDs in JOPES) /GCCS for NSW support to OPLANs and CONPLANs.
You will serve as the technical authoritative expert on Worldwide OPLAN/CONPLAN force development and support infrastructure, and Defense Readiness Tables which reflect forces assigned, allocated, and apportioned for planning.
You will analyze Contingency and Crisis Action planning.
You will provide advice to staff officers based on a broad understanding and in-depth knowledge of strategic policies, plans, and capabilities.
You will develop changes and staff directives as necessary.
You will develop agenda items for meetings and symposiums.
You will attend meetings to establish command position concerning force requirements in support of world-wide plans.
You will perform the full range of planning, liaison, monitoring JOPES data entry and organizational interface.
You will develop briefs, point papers, and other material for presentation at high-level policy meetings.
You will identify problems and develops recommendations and solutions for plans assigned.
You will be responsible for planning and executing crisis and JCS Exercise deployment and redeployment operations in coordination with the NSWC N3 GCCS/JOPES analyst and NSW Ech III GMOs.
You will serve as primary program manager, advisor, and analyst in the design and development of GCCS/JOPES support to USSOCOMs maritime SOF Component requirements.
You will provide general staff officer support for flag-level correspondence, key leader engagements, working groups, and conferences.
