Job Description:
You will serve as the Current Readiness Technical Project Manager (Administrative/Technical Specialist) in the Acquisition and Readiness Assessment Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Curating and analyzing warfare program metrics or data to develop plans, formulate recommendations, and resolve issues impacting wartime or maritime readiness for a naval ship warfare program. You will be responsible for direct liaison and collaboration to Navy Operational Commanders to address the data improvement and operational analysis challenges for the Maritime Operational Centers associated with Fleet Operational activities.
You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for data related to Operational and Numbered FLEET Commanders supporting Current Readiness and sustainment of Maritime Readiness.
You will enhance and help operationalize platform issues related to mission area and capabilities.
You will provide data and metrics that allow the Warfare Commanders to quickly understand mission requirements, platform availability and configuration limitations for operational tasking.
You will formulate goals and methods of evaluation, adjust long range plans, and develop budget requirements for Current Readiness Projects.
You will develop innovative concepts, lead technical working groups, and participate in Department and Command-level strategic planning and goal implementation activities.
