About the Position: As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a critical advisor and force multiplier for the Program Executive Office Enterprise, directly impacting the Army's technological edge. You will lead the charge in shaping administrative policies, driving strategic planning and execution, and optimizing operational procedures across the organization. Your expertise will ensure seamless program execution and delivery of mission-critical IT capabilities to our soldiers.

Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position based on experience your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 or equivalent) level in the Federal Service which includes: 1) Performing program oversight to include: Executive Leadership, Program Execution, Technical Management, and or Business Management and transforming PEO Enterprise into a fully agile acquisition organization; 2) Developing Command management policies, planning, requirements and or direction to deliver enterprise driving Army dominance; AND 3) Performing full range of administrative and technical supervisor duties of too include: assigning work, managing performance, hiring, and/or guiding professional development. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 or GS-13 equivalent. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Leadership Problem Solving Project Management
Oversight responsibility for matters involving interpretation, implementation, formulation, and evaluation of administrative policies, strategic planning and measurement, and procedures relating to the direction, operation and management of the PEO.
Directs and controls efforts in policy development; preparation of plans and guidance; analysis and evaluation of program performance; and, conducts studies relative to all phases of assigned logistical and resource functions and operations
Represents the PEO at meetings with representatives from the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Department of Defense (DoD), DA, senior Army leaders, other commands, other services, federal agencies, foreign governments, and private industry.
Reviews projects, reports, group and individual performance for consistency with policies, compliance with procedures and regulations, technical adequacy, timeliness and effective utilization of resources.
