Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating in-service engineering program requirements to provide technical direction and guidance on engineering systems development or modernization, develop plans, allocate and monitor financial resources, and conduct employee and performance management functions for a naval warfare program.
