Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the FINANCIAL ANALYTICS & OPERATIONS DIVISION, COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing, developing, and utilizing financial management methods and procedures to assess internal controls and provide technical direction on reconciling appropriated funding issues ensuring the efficiency of an organization's financial operations. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial analytics and financial operations within the Comptroller Department.
You will lead all aspects of data analytics development; as well as providing consultation and advice to the Comptroller and Command on audit response and remediation, financial data, and financial system-related matters.
You will act as liaison and network with Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) leads and systems personnel both internal and external to NAVSEA.
You will coordinate implementation of FIAR initiatives and corrective action plans that support the maintaining of an audit ready state.
You will lead the financial analytics team and manage data analytic development and management; as well as oversee the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial lead functions.
