You are:
An experienced Windows Cloud Engineer
The Work:
As part of a technical support team, you deliver quality service to single or multiple clients using various hardware and software products. Your role involves analyzing clients' needs and expectations, understanding alternative architectures and trends, and interviewing clients' technical teams to gather relevant information for defining architectural requirements.
Assist in small to medium-scale design projects, interface with project managers, and establish, explain, and validate solution testing criteria
Design services in accordance with Accenture standards and vendor best practices, stay current on vendor best practices related to interlinking technologies (Windows, VMware, Storage platforms), and provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance
Develop and maintain standard templates for repeatable buildouts, work with vendors to meet service level obligations, and plan and implement small to medium-scale changes on production systems
Analyze and assess the impact and risk of changes, install, configure, patch, and maintain appropriate technologies, design and assist in disaster recovery tests, create and review technical system recovery plans, demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence, perform major system upgrades
Act as a technical lead for small to medium-scale clients
This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office.
The preferred hiring locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH and Tampa, FL, but may consider qualified applicants in Atlanta/GA, Austin/TX, Dallas/TX, Columbus/OH, Berwyn/PA, Nashville/TN.
