Job Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the of Policy and Standards Division of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing, directing, coordinating, and reviewing actions and activities associated with doctrine programs to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. You will assist in all phases of the organization’s operations such as: quality assurance plans and processes; oversight of budget preparation and execution; and oversight of all programs throughout their lifecycle.
You will interpret policy guidance for application to provide advice and counsel to seniors and staffs on important action decisions.
You will maintain continuous liaison with higher and adjacent authorities to ensure awareness and integration of changes and developments in doctrine and training.
You will direct, manage and perform research and analysis to support the development of planning and programming documentation to assist in the procurement, allocation, and functional management of assets.
You will recommend allocation and distribution (or redistribution) of funds in the budget as deemed necessary to fulfill identified requirements.
You will support science and technology and research and development evaluations, proposal evaluations and selections.
