This position is located in the Purchased Referred Care/Transportation Department of the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, in Lame Deer, MT.

BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): General Schedule Qualification Standards In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below. GS-3: 6 months of general experience OR 1 year above high school GS-4: 1 year of general experience OR 2 years of education above high school General Experience (All positions except Reporting Stenographer, Shorthand Reporter, and Closed Micro-phone Reporter) --Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled Successfully completed education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite is creditable at grades GS-3 through GS-5 for all positions except Reporting Stenographer, GS-5. Assist in determining patient eligibility, scope and priority for the Transportation program. Respond to Transportation inquires and requests for assistance that are made to the program/CEO. Responsible for effective and maximum utilization of Transportation services. Assists with PRC data entry/clerical duties Compile information for data entry and use of software to create transportation schedules, driver schedules, and GSA logs.
