Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: manage and administer new employee orientation, Drug-Free Workplace programs, performance management and Appraisal Program, supervisory developmental programs, and manage multiple monetary and non-monetary incentive awards programs. You will review and evaluate organizational structure, functional statements, and staffing plan ensuring activity is organized in a manner which provides the most effective and efficient use of resources to perform its mission.
You will be responsible for monitoring Billet Identification Number (BIN) utilization against BOD authorized staffing levels and works with the onsite HRO Command Advisor to resolve discrepancies.
You will ensure new employees have access to base and have CAC appointments scheduled.
You will provide standard employee orientation for review of command policies; coordinates new employee sponsor assignment, manages new employee mentor assignment and command orientation training, and Command IT Training.
You will work in conjunction with onsite ACQDEMO Pay pool administrators to track submission, timeliness, and accuracy of performance evaluations, and ensures that documents are maintained and centrally archived.
You will administer and manage the Drug Program within the command; provide advice and guidance to employees, supervisors and managers.
You will ensure mandatory training requirements are assigned to new Supervisors and works with HRO to arrange for additional developmental opportunities as needed.
You will review monetary awards nominations to ensure appropriateness of the award, sufficiency of justification and prepares for the endorsement or obtains the appropriate level of approval.
You will prepare relevant program requirements information for dissemination to the workforce and/or briefs to management officials, including Plan of Action and Milestones to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
