Assist the Business Manager (Food Service) in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities to include Sip of Glory, the Ridge Sports Bar, Scoop of Glory and catering on and offsite.
Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotion activities, and revenue improvements.
Assist Business Manager in the selection of employees and in training new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of storage of tools and equipment.
Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits.
