As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Capital Markets Data Management Applications is required.
Advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is recommended.
Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, Business Model Strategy, and UI/UX Design at an advanced proficiency level are suggested.
Develop innovative strategies for optimizing business processes and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations
Lead UI/UX design initiatives to enhance user experience
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline project management processes
