Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as: 1) coordinating with staff and leadership to resolve logistics operation issues; 2) recommending actions and initiatives to enhance logistics management effectiveness; 3) coordinating and directing project management over logistics operations; 4) managing logistic operations and overseas service support such as deployment, redeployment, and movement of material between organizations. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Planning Organizational Awareness Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Serve as the Senior Civilian G4 for the Division, a non-deployable position.
Supervise and direct the synchronization of logistics continuity and support for the Division Commander or Senior Commander
Serve as a subject matter expert on all logistics aspects of Sustainable Readiness Process (SRP) process, including all issues related to supply, maintenance, and transportation.
Determine the most appropriate laws, policies, regulations, principles, practices, methods and approaches to accomplish the work.
Conduct research, and provide advisory/recommendation for resolution of complex and/or controversial or unprecedented issues, problems and conflicts.
