You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst in the Business and Financial Division(s) of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating financial data and policies to manage and advise on technical changes or deviations in support of business operations. You will perform or advise on work in all of the phases or systems of financial and program management, budgeting, workload planning, and audit readiness.
You will plan and execute analysis for functions such as accrual management, carryover management, overhead and service cost center execution and expenditure, production status, projection of fund expenditures, and manpower.
You will develop, determine, and interpret cost accounting policies and practices and analyze and recommend cost and benefits of alternative methods of financial management.
You will develop an overview of project plans for financial improvement and audit readiness.
