Key Requirements:
As a remote SAP Database Administrator you will provide leadership, vision and direction to the team in the proper application of database techniques. Working with other members of the database team, you will consult, advise, and lead the execution of technical activities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support SAP teams in executing database initiatives.
Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
Provide operational support to monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new updates and releases as agreed.
Manage and maintain stability of databases using SAP HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio, SAP Management Console, other tools, etc.
Act as point of contact for escalated technical issues to our customer, demonstrating advanced troubleshooting skills to deliver effective solutions that unlock our partners.
Provide off hours support for OS/Database/SAP patching.
