Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes identifies inefficiencies and/or assists with developing recommendations for functional process improvements; establish, execute, and/or monitor supply purchase request operations at wholesale level; assist with analyzing reports to identify problem areas; and assist in logistical responsibilities such as managing release strategy, excess material, overdue deliveries, and/or daily Material Requirements Planning activities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Computer Skills Research Supply Support Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Provides program oversight to assure timely operational support integration of new and existing Global Combat Supply System Army (GCSSA-A) concepts and to develop methods and techniques required for program execution of time sensitive processes.
Develops database structures for conducting periodic review and analysis to determine problematic trends in supply support performance.
Knowledge of Single Stock Fund/Funds Control business rules on standard pricing.
Provides guidance and analysis on SSA performance evaluation and troubleshooting techniques on metrics pertaining to Authorized Stockage List (ASL) zero balances, fill rates, and Customer Wait Time (CWT).
