Job Description:

You will serve as a FOREIGN DISCLOSURE OFFICER in the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FOREIGN DISCLOSURE OFFICE of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating management requests for information sharing and disclosures in support of Fleet operations; applying operational principles, concepts and practices for resolving complex issues; managing strategic and analytical planning for foreign disclosure activities. You will manage foreign disclosure activities at Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet and throughout the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR).
You will be responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise on daily foreign disclosure operations policies on all categories of classified military information (CMI) and national intelligience.
You will be responsible for overall program execution to ensure and release of information is in accordance with all appropriate disclosure policies, procedures, and COMPACFLT strategic goals.
You will coordinate and arrange training, advise and assist with proper execution of the foreign disclosure program.
You will manage and guide operations in gathering, categorizing, managing and disseminating information via multiple communication platforms in support of COMPACFLT engagement, priorities and operations.
You will attend Operational Planning Teams/Planning groups as the FDO representative for Crisis Action Planning in support of emergent crisis supported by COMPACFLT.
You will direct a team of operational, administrative and human resources SMEs to accomplish work through the technical and administrative direction of others.
You may be assigned various ad-hoc projects that enable the command to meet its mission.
