You Are:
An experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant, your daily tasks will include:
Provide Functional and Technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.
Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in the Atlanta office.
