This position is located at: Fort Campbell, KY Warrior Zone. This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans at this time. Qualification Requirements are: Must meet state/local age (21) requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Demonstrated experience serving and mixing beverages that contain alcohol. Possess outstanding customer service skills. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary.
Keeps work area clean and orderly. Clean floors, walls and windows in kitchen, dining and storage areas.
Portions out food, cleans and prepares meats and seafood for cooking. Makes a variety of fruit and vegetable salads.
Serves food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Sets tables, seats guests, records guests' selections and turns in orders to the kitchen.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness of the facility and work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
