In order to qualify for the GS-09 grade level, applicants must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07). Specialized experience is defined as: which includes work that involves prioritizing, coordinating, and integrating internal and external short and long term tasks, missions, and projects Command-wide; as well as calendar management, training management; operational plans and orders; anti-terrorism and force protection programs; and command-level ceremonies and special events. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Computer Skills Problem Solving Speaking Writing Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
Complete tasks that support the day-to-day operations associated with planning and execution of the Cadet Summer Training (CST) Human Resources mission.
Serve as a Plans and Operations Specialist in the organizations G1, CST S1 Division.
Perform assigned self-contained projects or portions of projects pertaining to G1 initiatives.
Responsible for the full scope of projects, assignments, questions, and issues pertaining to Cadet Summer Training (CST) plans and operations.
Support Cadet Summer Training (CST) based on guidance from supervisors.
