Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience: This position requires specialized experience in advisory services, management of Government procurement using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) and contracts, experience leading people and managing workload, and experience in budget formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and the reporting of your program area financial status. . Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). This position is located in the Administrative Management Division, Office of the Assistant Director, Human Capital and Resource Management, Headquarters, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
Plans, initiates, develops, and executes agency-wide policies and program development, administration, and evaluation of assigned programs and special assignments.
Develops agency-wide policies and procedures, for assigned programs to meet requirements prescribed by OSD and DoD, General Services Administration (GSA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Office of Management and Budget (0MB), and other organizations.
Develops policies and procedures for assigned programs as well as directs program implementation. Develops training materials and conducts necessary training regarding the subject matter.
Serves as the agency's technical and operational expert on assigned programs and works closely with agency program staff and higher officials in other government agencies, and with non-government organizations (Including commercial firms).
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
