You will serve as a OPERATIONS ANALYST (ASSISTANT FOREIGN DISCLOSURE OFFICER) in the Foreign Disclosure Office of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY. SALARY RANGES: GS-13: $110,020 - $143,027 per annum GS-14: $130,009 - $169,012 per annum Pay retention may be granted when certain conditions are met.
For GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating complex foreign disclosure issues by interpreting and applying standardized principles and formulating recommendations for decision making to meet strategic goals. For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing complex foreign disclosure issues by applying standardized principles and making recommendations for decision making to meet strategic goals. You will direct and coordinate with employees working in a foreign disclosure capacity.
You will develop and oversee Pacific Fleet-wide foreign disclosure policy, procedural guidance, training, and requirements for the execution of foreign disclosure matters.
You will analyze, evaluate, and integrate complex data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of deployments in your assigned areas(s).
You will review intelligence products prepared by other government agencies or other elements of your assigned activity and makes changes based on expert judgement and experience.
You will attend Operational Planning Teams/Planning Groups as FDO representative for Crisis Action Planning.
You will advise staff personnel and management on Department of the Navy (DON) policies procedures, and guidelines as related to assigned program areas.
You will manage operations in gathering, categorizing, managing and disseminating information via multiple communication platforms in support of COMPACFLT engagement priorities and operations.
You will develop, review and evaluate technical and operational documents, reports and/or directives.
