Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance and BA, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining quality processes and conducting reviews.
You will work with global QA initiatives and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Your day-to-day activities will include overseeing quality assurance activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Quality Management is required.
Capital Markets, Process Improvements, Quality Assurance (QA), Agile Business Analysis, and Functional Testing are recommended skills with advanced proficiency.
