employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
Develop RwG OwG Tier A and Tier B support procedures and policies
Troubleshoot and communicate GPRC API calls RTU API calls and OAuth2
Analyze partner data to identify issues and communicate actionable insights to product stakeholders
Act as a point of contact to discuss postlaunch issues with partners
Track and project manage multiple projects simultaneously for partners autonomously
Communicate effectively with RwG OwG engineering and other technical groups to enhance RwG OwG products and resolve customer issues
Create Developer Documentation for new RwG integration on new backend leveraging existing documentation from the old platform training sessions and a sandbox environment
Update both internal and external support documentation and create canned responses or FAQs based on common requests
Troubleshoot and raise escalations to the concerned team using Buganizer
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and develop processes tools geared toward improving internal efficiency resolution rate and customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional integration support to external partners that onboard to our product platform
Building a personal relationship with key stakeholders
Successful service delivery SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
Monitoring overall performance of services
Effective communication around issues and opportunities get things done make things happen
Implement troubleshoot and support tools and applications
Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and or financial performance
