This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical work related to the processing of vehicle, motorcycle, pet, bike, or weapon registrations; AND providing temporary passes for visitors entering an installation. GS-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. You will issue appropriate decals; provide advice and assistance to retired and active duty personnel, civilian and contract employees, vendors and others inquiring about regulations and requirements.
You will review. process and issue applications for requests for vehicle registrations, privately owned weapons registrations and bicycle registrations.
You will ensure operating supplies are maintained, maintain the ID Card computer system and camera equipment; update and train on the system(s).
You will maintain account of vehicle registration decals issued on-hand.
Prepare statistical reports, charts, and graphs pertaining to vehicle registrations and traffic violation data.
You will process and de-register weapons and vehicles; destroy weapon registration cards.
