We work with a range of clients — spanning niche players to industry leaders across e-commerce, financial services, travel, entertainment, and consumer packaged goods.
About the Role:
Plan and execute effective campaigns across paid search and social platforms.
Implement and optimize platform strategies for clients across various platforms including Google, Microsoft Ads, Facebook (Meta), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and more.
Oversee audience targeting strategies, creative setup, and tracking for all campaigns.
Oversee keyword builds, copy approval, and feed management for shopping campaigns (if applicable).
Maintain open and productive communications with platform and vendor partners to ensure high-standard campaigns.
Ensure thorough completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by client/internal processes.
Analyze performance data, providing meaningful insights and considering the larger business needs of clients.
Build client relationships through goal achievement, meetings, and team calls.
Assist in the invoice reconciliation/bill-pay process.
Share new knowledge, learnings, test findings, and opportunities with the larger paid media team.
Take responsibility for the professional development of paid strategists and participate in performance reviews.
Support senior management with team mentorship and training.
Communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external teams regarding channel goals and growth.
Collaborate with other departments to expand knowledge of SEO, BI, analytics, and client service.
Participate in internal and external trainings to enhance channel growth.
