Key Responsibilities:
Point of Contact and technical lead for Enhanced End Users Services Technicians and clients.
Own escalated issue and bring them to resolution as quickly as possible while providing proactive updates.
Manages End User services global area to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
Develops demand forecasts with internal teams to assist functional area or department in planning and delivering end user services.
Works with functional area or department to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
Manages the complex relationship between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
Identifies and manages service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
