GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to utilize analytical tools for analysis of facilities. Knowledge and skill in relational databases, such as GIS Microsoft programs. 2) Maintaining accurate, timely, supported and complete real property inventory of all real property assets and interest types. GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will maintain and update all land, building structure, utility and relocatable property records for the Installation to reflect additions, deletions, and changes to the Navy real property inventory.
You will ensure Real Property Information Requirements (RPIR) data elements and processes are implemented at the Installation across all PWD departments and NAVFAC Business Lines
You will resolve real property reporting discrepancies discovered through the Periodic Virtual Inventory Process.
You will track, and/or assist in preparation of, documentation required to excess real property and maintain the official files for all excess actions within the PWD.
You will prepare and present technical briefings, provides technical consultations, point papers and special reports to higher authorities.
You will define, identify, research and develop and data required for data calls by higher headquarters.
