About the Position: This position will serve as a Supply Technician (Motor Vehicle Operator) for the 434th Field Artillery Brigade Consolidated Weapons Pool. The incumbent of this position will perform supply functions/weapons management operations of the arms storage facility.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Use knowledge of supply regulations, policies and procedures; Implement internal supply operating procedures; Participate in the preparation procedures for annual inventories; and Use an automated supply system to enter and retrieve recurring supply reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service (Clerical/Technical) Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
Ensures that all supply requirements are processed accurately and timely.
Maintains supply storage area in accordance with regulatory guidance.
Reviews requisitions and edits for accuracy of information.
Validates and revises stock levels.
Specific assignments-recognizable situations, choosing courses of action among options to specific assignments.
Responsible for upkeep of weapons pool and weapons training.
Reconstruct records for complex supply transactions.
Ability to provide supply operations support pertaining to specialized or unique weapon systems and parts.
Ability to carry small parts, books, papers, heavy weapons up to 60 pounds.
