MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. HIGHLY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Highly skilled and knowledgeable engraver with experience and expertise in engraving tools and machinery. Proficient in design software, to include Corel Draw X6 (16), Adobe Photoshop elements, with strong vector graphic conversion abilities. Exceptional attention to detail in creating intricate designs on various materials. In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory, while resolving customer complaints effectively and ensures patrons adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assist patrons by checking out equipment and providing safety instructions.
Demonstrate the use of new equipment and teach related classes.
Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
