You will assist with the review of procurement documents to determine completeness, regulatory and policy compliance, and the suitability of using simplified acquisition procedures versus contracting procedures.
You will determine the extent of competition required, the appropriate procurement methodology, the most suitable contract line-item number structure, and the terms and conditions applicable to the procurement.
You will prepare procurement documentation that complies with applicable statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
You will perform basic post-award administration actions, including modifications, option exercises, price, quantity, or delivery changes, and cancellations.
You will perform market research to determine procurement history and the availability of sources.
